Replacing Senator Clinton's seat as New York Senator seems to be a foregone conclusion. Governor Paterson has proven to be an astute politician. Appointing Caroline Kennedy as the next NY State Senator is a smart choice.
Raising millions of dollars for his 2010 campaign will be much easier with a recognizable name like Caroline. The larger question New Yorker have is this; what will the governor do for New Yorkers. No one knows. We only have a possible fare hike by the M.T.A, service cuts, budget cuts and a general economic meltdown to deal with.
